* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations
  of 3 to 5 inches and ice accumulations of around one tenth of
  an inch expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest and western Pennsylvania, east
  central Ohio and northern and northern panhandle of West
  Virginia.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to noon EST Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Expect slippery
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT...

The Flood Watch continues for

* Portions of east central Ohio, southwest Pennsylvania, and
  West Virginia, including the following areas, in east central
  Ohio, Belmont, Guernsey, Monroe, Muskingum, and Noble. In
  southwest Pennsylvania, Fayette, Fayette Ridges, and Greene.
  In West Virginia, Eastern Preston, Marion, Marshall,
  Monongalia, Ohio, Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and
  Northwestern Preston, Western Tucker, and Wetzel.

* From late tonight through late Wednesday night

* Expect 1.5 to 2.0 inches of rain and liquid equivalent
  precipitation. Any snow or ice will melt as Wednesday
  progresses.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on
current forecasts.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible
Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be
prepared to take action should flooding develop.
